Membership at Hilldale
If you love playing our course, you'll want to think about becoming part of our family by joining Hilldale Golf Club, "The only 18 hole Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Course in Northern Illinois !"
There are a host of benefits associated with membership, but first and foremost is the chance to play our superlative, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed championship course with unlimited green fees. We have already built up a reputation in the area for our beautiful conditions and playable layout, and you'll love being able to play it as much as you wish.
You'll want to spend every spare leisure hour playing on our rolling fairways as you learn the ins and outs, the tricks and treats of every hole. You'll also have preferred use of our driving range and practice facilities as you work on improving your swing and short game.

2005 Membership Programs at Hilldale
All memberships will include the following:
- Personal locker with 24 hour access
- 10 day advance tee time making privilege
- End of month invoicing for food and beverage purchases
- 10% discounts on purchases in the pro shop, excluding golf balls
- 10th tee special privilege if front 9 is booked
Full Membership - $2500
- Unlimited green fees and cart fees for the member only, for a 12 month period.e.g. If a person joins June 1st, the membership is good through May 31st the following year
- Advance tee time reservation – Members may make tee time reservations up to 10 days in advance. General public is allowed 7 days. All other guidelines apply, including the 24 hour cancellation rule. See by-laws for details
- Range balls – Members will receive range ball tokens, good for 50 small buckets, a $200.00 value
- Members can invite a limited number of guests to play with them (weekdays only, Monday through Friday) at a discounted green fee and cart fee rate of 10% off the regular price
- Outings: Notice of a member playing in an outing must be presented to the pro shop manager at the time the final count for that outing is given to the manager.(No less than seven days in advance)
- A 10% discount will be given to members for purchases of merchandise in the pro shop excluding golf balls
- A locker with club storage capability will be available for a limited number of members. Obtaining a locker is on a first come first served basis
- Month end invoicing is available for purchases made in the bar, the 10th tee grill or beverage cart.Proper membership identification must be shown at the time of each transaction
- Members will be provided with a photo I.D. and a personal identification number

Players Membership - $1700
- Unlimited green fees ( cart fee extra) for a full year (rolling 12 months)
- $100 in range ball tokens
- Plus the benefits listed for all membership programs
Weekday Membership - $1200
- Weekday green fees ( Monday – Thursday) for a full year (cart extra)
- $50 in range ball tokens
- Plus the benefits listed for all membership programs
Family Membership (same household)
Family memberships are available for Full, Players or Weekday Membership programs. Each additional member would receive a 20% discount off the regular fee.e.g. A two person family membership in the Players program would be $3060 ($1700 + $1360).
*All other codes and rules of the golf course apply for members and their guests. All major credit cards accepted. Cash or cashier’s check preferred.Personal checks must clear before a Membership card is issued. Processing of a membership takes about a week.
